Who should I contact if I am not sure what I need?

What happens after I book?
Your chosen expert will contact you at the booked time, get to know your situation and then prepare a personal proposal. The decision is always yours.
How much does the advice cost?
The first introductory conversation is free. We get to know your situation and establish how we can help. If you then need a more detailed personal analysis or ongoing support, we discuss the terms clearly in advance so there are no surprises. When a product is arranged, we may receive commission from the provider (a bank, insurer or fund). This does not increase the product’s price for you or change our commitment to finding the offer that suits you best.
Where are the financial products held?
The products are provided by regulated financial institutions, such as banks, insurers and funds. We provide advice and comparisons; you enter into the contract with the provider.
Can I change experts?
Of course. If you feel you need help in a different area, we will introduce you to the appropriate colleague.
