The controller processes personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the individual concerned. Processing is always carried out for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, and only to the extent and for the period necessary to achieve those purposes.
4. How the Website works and the data processed
4.1. General information
The Website primarily introduces the business and provides information. It does not contain a registration facility, newsletter subscription, online shop or contact form, so the controller does not directly collect or store personal data through the Website.
4.2. Technical data and logging
When the Website is operated, the hosting provider’s systems may automatically log technical data associated with visits, including in particular the IP address, time of the visit, page viewed, browser type and device type. The purpose of processing this data is to ensure the secure operation of the Website, prevent misuse and resolve technical problems. Processing is based on the controller’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The hosting provider retains log files for the period determined by its own practices.
4.3. Contact enquiries
If you contact the controller using the email address or telephone number shown on the Website, the controller processes the data you voluntarily provide (name, email address, telephone number and message content) solely to respond to your enquiry. Processing is based on your consent or on taking steps before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR. The controller processes the data following the closure of the enquiry or for as long as the relationship continues.
4.4. Appointment booking
The appointment booking options available on the Website direct you to an external provider’s service (Google LLC — Google Calendar appointment booking page). The external provider processes the data submitted when booking an appointment in accordance with its own privacy rules. The controller accesses booking details through that service to organise the agreed consultation. Processing is based on your consent or on taking steps before entering into a contract.
5. Cookies
The Website uses necessary technical cookies that are essential to provide its basic functions. These cookies do not require consent.
The Website uses Google Analytics 4 statistics only with your prior, freely given consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Measurement code is not loaded before consent or after rejection. The cookie banner offers both acceptance and rejection of statistics. You may withdraw your consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. The cookie notice details the data, cookies, provider and transfers involved.
You can delete or disable cookies at any time in your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent some Website features from working properly.
6. Processors
The controller uses the following processor to operate the Website:
- Hosting provider: Rackhost Zrt. (6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos körút 41., Hungary; info@rackhost.hu) — hosting the Website.
The European provider of Google Analytics 4 is Google Ireland Limited. The cookie notice details processing, the involvement of Google LLC and other providers, and possible transfers outside the EEA.
7. Data transfers and transfers to third countries
The controller does not disclose personal data to third parties unless required by law or expressly authorised by the individual concerned. If you use external services linked to or included on the Website (such as appointment booking or embedded content), the relevant provider’s own privacy notice applies.
8. Data security
The controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, in particular against unauthorised access, alteration, transfer, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as accidental loss or damage.
